The park is quiet and great prices on rentals. Nice couple run the park.
Terry at the office has been fantastic and made the moving in experience very smooth. The best part, by far, has been the peaceful location and there's even a Dollar General with a grocery section nearby. Already very happy with the decision to move here!
Love living here, small community, great pricing, out of city limits but only ten minutes from Edmond.
I've lived here for 2 years now. For the price I pay & how many rooms I have, it's very affordable. I have closets, plenty of room to get around in, & I enjoy being in the country. All trailers are different, so it depends on whats available. The office/maintenance has been great, so no complaints. Reception is limited here, but work with what you have & it's not so bad. :)
Agreed to rent a house. Went in the house and the floors were filthy. There was small dog or rodent poop in the living room. Definitely not move in ready. I passed on the house.
